Refund Policy & Six-Month Girlfriend Guarantee

1. Six-Month Girlfriend Guarantee

We guarantee that an eligible client who participates in The ODDS Method™: Fundamentals as required by this policy will get a girlfriend within the six-month guarantee period.

If an eligible client satisfies the requirements of this policy and does not get a girlfriend during that period, Claudio Explains, LLC will refund the program fees paid to us for The ODDS Method™: Fundamentals.

2. When the Six-Month Guarantee Begins

The 90-Minute Strategic Immersion Session is available to schedule online immediately after enrollment and payment.

The client is responsible for scheduling the session.

The six-month guarantee period begins on the date the client completes the 90-Minute Strategic Immersion Session and continues for six calendar months.

3. What Counts as Getting a Girlfriend

For purposes of this guarantee, a client has gotten a girlfriend when:

• He has completed at least three romantic dates with the same woman; and
• Both the client and the woman are continuing to voluntarily pursue the romantic relationship.

An official boyfriend/girlfriend title, exclusivity agreement, formal relationship discussion, or other specific label is not required.

The guarantee is satisfied once these criteria are met at any point during the six-month guarantee period. If the relationship later changes or ends, that does not undo the fact that the guaranteed result was achieved.

4. What Counts as Attraction

A client is considered attracted to a woman for purposes of this guarantee if, after the initial meeting or first date, he voluntarily chooses to continue seeing her romantically.

A client may not later claim that a qualifying relationship does not count because he was not sufficiently attracted to the woman after voluntarily continuing to date her.

5. How or Where the Relationship Began Does Not Matter

The guarantee concerns the client's relationship result, not how or where the woman was originally met.

A qualifying relationship counts whether the client met the woman through:

• A dating app
• Social media
• Friends or family
• Work or professional connections
• An in-person interaction
• An existing acquaintance
• Someone he knew before joining the program
• Any other source

What matters is whether the client entered a qualifying romantic relationship during the guarantee period.

6. The Result Does Not Have to Be Caused Solely by the Program

The guarantee is based on whether the guaranteed result occurred, not the client's subjective opinion about what caused it.

If the client gets a qualifying girlfriend during the guarantee period, the guarantee has been satisfied regardless of whether the client believes the relationship resulted from:

• The ODDS Method™
• Coaching or training provided by Coach Claudio
• Advice from another source
• The client's own actions
• Circumstances unrelated to the program
• A combination of factors

A client who achieves the guaranteed result may not claim a refund on the basis that he believes the program was not responsible for the relationship.

7. Client Participation Requirements

To remain eligible for the Six-Month Girlfriend Guarantee, the client must:

• Complete required onboarding and assessments.
• Complete the 90-Minute Strategic Immersion Session.
• Complete required core training within the program.
• Make a genuine and consistent effort to apply the strategies taught in the program.
• Follow reasonable coaching recommendations related to achieving the guaranteed result.
• Make reasonable and ongoing efforts to meet, communicate with, and date women.
• Provide reasonable updates and information requested by the coaching team concerning participation, dating activity, progress, and results.
• Attend the weekly coaching calls designated as required, subject to the attendance provisions below.

The guarantee is intended for clients who actively participate in the program and make a genuine effort to achieve the result. Enrollment alone is not sufficient to qualify for a refund.

8. Weekly Coaching Call Attendance

The client must attend the weekly coaching calls designated as required until he has completed at least three romantic dates with the same woman.

After the client has completed three romantic dates with the same woman, attendance at subsequent weekly coaching calls becomes optional.

Reasonable absences caused by illness, travel, emergencies, or similar circumstances may be excused by the coaching team.

A coaching call canceled or made unavailable by Claudio Explains, LLC or the Coach Claudio team will not count against the client.

9. Failure to Participate

A client may become ineligible for the guarantee if the client materially fails to participate in the program.

Examples include:

• Extended or repeated nonparticipation
• Repeatedly failing to attend required coaching calls without an excused absence
• Failing to complete required training
• Repeatedly refusing to implement reasonable coaching recommendations
• Failing to make reasonable efforts to meet or date women
• Failing to provide information reasonably requested by the coaching team to evaluate progress or provide coaching

An isolated missed activity or minor deviation will not automatically invalidate the guarantee. Eligibility will be based on whether the client's overall participation demonstrates a genuine and consistent effort to follow the program.

10. Program Pauses

A pause in participation must be approved in writing by Claudio Explains, LLC.

An approved pause may extend the six-month guarantee period by the length of the approved pause.

Unapproved periods of nonparticipation do not automatically extend the guarantee period.

11. Accurate and Truthful Information

Clients must provide truthful and materially accurate information regarding:

• Program participation
• Coaching-call attendance
• Dating activity
• Dates and relationships
• Communications with women
• Progress within the program
• Results relevant to the guarantee

A client who intentionally provides materially false or misleading information, conceals a qualifying relationship, or misrepresents participation or dating activity may become ineligible for the guarantee.

12. Requesting a Refund

If an eligible client has not achieved the guaranteed result by the end of the six-month guarantee period, the client must submit a refund request within 14 calendar days after the guarantee period ends.

The client may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with the guarantee requirements, participation in the program, and eligibility for the refund.

Failure to submit the request within the 14-day claim period may result in the client becoming ineligible for the guarantee, except where otherwise required by law.

13. Refund Amount

For an approved guarantee claim, Claudio Explains, LLC will refund the program fees actually paid to Claudio Explains, LLC for The ODDS Method™: Fundamentals, less any non-refundable third-party financing, payment-processing, transaction, or similar fees actually incurred by Claudio Explains, LLC in connection with the client's purchase or refund.

Any remaining scheduled payments owed directly to Claudio Explains, LLC under an internal payment plan for the covered program will be canceled.

If the client used a third-party financing or payment provider, the refund will be processed according to that provider's procedures.

The guarantee applies only to fees for The ODDS Method™: Fundamentals and does not automatically apply to separate products, services, events, upgrades, or other purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. No General Satisfaction or Cancellation Refund

The Six-Month Girlfriend Guarantee is a results-based guarantee. It is not a general satisfaction guarantee, trial period, cancellation policy, or change-of-mind refund policy.

A client is not entitled to a refund merely because the client:

• Changes his mind
• Decides not to continue participating
• Becomes too busy to participate
• Does not use the coaching or training provided
• Disagrees with a coaching recommendation
• Is dissatisfied with some aspect of the program while still achieving the guaranteed result

Except for an approved claim under the Six-Month Girlfriend Guarantee, program purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Guarantee Determination

Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the objective requirements and definitions contained in this policy, including the client's participation and whether the guaranteed result was achieved.

The guarantee may not be denied solely because of a minor or technical violation that did not materially affect the client's participation or ability to achieve the guaranteed result.

Likewise, a client may not obtain a refund by relying on subjective interpretations of attraction, relationship labels, causation, or satisfaction when the objective requirements for a qualifying girlfriend relationship were achieved.

16. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
